Alterations and size exchanges are available upon request. Please understand Wet & Western is a small business that custom makes these swimsuits just for you! We will be happy to alter your swimsuit or make you a different size. Please email us to begin your return/exchange process.
Please Note: Wet & Western does not offer any type of refunds on any orders. We only offer store credit if eligible.
To be eligible for a return for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns/exchanges and alterations must be sent back within 7 business days from the date you received your purchase for us to accept and process your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if store credit will be issued. If your purchased a swimsuit, the protective sanitary slip and tags must be attached. If not, your return will be rejected and sent back to you.
If you have purchased a swimsuit from us before and would like to see if we can alter a used / worn swimsuit purchased from WET & WESTERN please email us with a custom request to see if eligible for alterations at info@wetandwesternswimwear.com.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
After Every Use
All Wet and Western items should be hand washed after every use. Never twist your items to dry.
Lay Flat to Dry
Always stay away from direct sunlight. Never machine dry or dry clean. Be sure to lie flat or hang to dry. DO NOT USE WOOLITE!
Hand Wash
Your items should be hand washed separately in cold water using very mild soap or specialty detergent. Never machine wash.
Caution
While ALL of the swimwear can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. Sun tan lotions, spas, and chlorinated pools may cause damage to your garment due to the harsh chemicals. Please be advised that due to the nature of the dye on the garment, bright colors may fade or bleed.
